Hey there readers. It's Aahna here, and with immense pleasure, I can finally announce that my impulsive thoughts got the best of me and now I'm drafting words to post on this blog. I'm quite excited about this project if I'm being honest (that's probably the adrenaline speaking).
Before we begin with the rants and other shenanigans, I should add a brief description of myself. I'm Aahna, 15 currently, and working my ass off to get into med school. Or at least that's the dream. Considering that this is my first post, I probably won't be posting this post over any stories or on my Instagram, maybe someone might be curious enough to check out all the other posts and check this out. Oops if that's the case, because I'm pretty sure when I will be reading this about 2 months later, I will look back and cringe about how terribly drafted this is. Because in 2 months, I will be the best version of myself and there will be no looking back from there.
It's funny how writing and music have always been my escape but I never really got the idea to turn them into a platform for myself and actually work over it. So kids, if you love to express yourself through your words, be it poetry or stories do it. Start your damn blog. You'll fall in love with the process of finally having a purpose in this life.
Currently, in my life, I have started Kathak (An Indian dance form), and it is such a great stress reliever. Of course like always I still love reading, so that's a part of my hobby too. In my 2023 resolutions, I boldly added "Work out at least 3 times a week", so I'm trying to work on that too. Alongside switching coffee to healthier alternatives. I'm studying in 11th grade now actually, junior year if you're in the American system, and it's kicking my ass off. Literally, each and every physics concepts make me wanna throw up but then comes biology and I start seeing rainbows and flowers everywhere. 2022 was a pretty damn good year, to be honest. I learned a lot about friendships and relationships and went through a breakup. It's cool. But it would be cooler if I could improve this year.
This was supposed to be a short introduction but my dumbass self ended up ranting again, again this may happen pretty often so let's get used to it.
